FMG Pro Bikini competitor, a single mother of two
Victoria Emily is the UK’s highest-ranked FMG Pro Bikini competitor, a single mother of two, and a rising force in women’s health and performance. After winning her Pro title in Italy in June and finishing as the highest-placed UK competitor at London’s FMG show, she will next represent Britain at the FMG World Finals in Australia this September.

Victoria also presents the UK face of FMG London, the competition that has already doubled in size since its UK launch in 2024. The 2025 event, staged at the Marriott Canary Wharf, attracted international athletes and cemented FMG’s reputation as one of the fastest-growing federations in the UK.

Born without lymph glands in her legs, Victoria has had to work harder than most to manage her body’s natural water balance. Alongside regular medical massages, she follows a holistic programme of training, recovery, and tailored nutrition, which includes working with experts in bespoke supplementation. This personal journey now informs the way she supports clients to perform, recover, and thrive at every stage of life.

Open about her own journey with ADHD, she shares practical strategies and nutrition insights to support mood, focus, and resilience. Her message is reaching a growing audience, with almost 1000,000 weekly Instagram views — and rising by the day. Keeping her ADHD under control on stage and with more press coverage is key to keeping her focus.
